[U-Boot] [PATCH] powerpc/p1010rdb: remove CONFIG_SYS_FSL_ESDHC_P1010_BROKEN_SDCLK

It seems there is no CONFIG_SYS_FSL_ESDHC_P1010_BROKEN_SDCLK in the latest master.
I intended to do that for P1010RDB rather than BSC9132, so just drop the patch.
