[U-Boot] new uboot for custom platform

S3C6410 will never die ... due to Tomasz Figa (tom3q) heroic effort :-).

We (mostly Tomasz with my little help) were trying to upstream the
platform again - please follow Tomasz work on github:

https://github.com/tom3q/u-boot/commits/s3c64xx

The s3c6410 support there was up to date with mainline u-boot (up to
v2013.10).

Unfortunately we are now a bit overworked, so feel free to take over
the code and became s3c6410 board maintainer in mainline u-boot.
