[U-Boot] [PATCH] arm: at91: at91sam9n12ek: add nandflash/spiflash/mmc/lcd support

This patch adds at91sam9n12ek support, it enables:
- dbgu
- nand with pmecc
- spi flash
- mmc
- lcd

TODO:
- usb
- ethernet
