Get and save the length of reset pulse.

Setup reset pulse for nearly 500ms (2^(13 + 1) slow clock cycles),

Please read above. AT91 can setup the reset target (core, peripherial,
external pin). We do only pull the line but do not reset the CPU nor
internal peripherial.
