Kinda.  drivers/video/da8xx-fb.c covers the IP block in question, and
you can see it in use on the pxm2 and rut am335x boards from Siemens.

Some amount of work shall be needed to say "Oh, I'm a Beaglebone White
with LCD cape", or whatever display you're hacking in ;)
