Thanks for your review.

This series is the first preparation for switching to Kbuild.
All this series does is to push common parts
into scripts/Makefile.build.
So, no new function is not added yet.

I'm thinking it is difficult to make a big change at a time.
So my strategy is to change the build system little by little.

I really adopt the _real_ Kbuild and Kconfig
of Linux Kernel, but after other parts are prepared.
