The changes in bootm.c are not strictly related to the rename. It would be
better to do these in a separate patch.

This change also should be done in a separate patch. Additionaly,
CONFIG_QEMU_MALTA is used in arch/mips/cpu/mips32/start.S so it should be
changed as well.
