[U-Boot] [PATCH 7/8] kmp204x: add workaround for A-004849

[Valentin Longchamp]

This should prevent the problems that the CCF can deadlock with certain
traffic patterns.

This also fixes the workaround for A-006559 that was not correctly
implemented before.
