[U-Boot] [PATCH v2] Add support for B&R KWB Motherboard

Adds support for Bernecker & Rainer Industrieelektronik GmbH KWB
Motherboard, using TI's AM3352 SoC.

Most of code is derived from TI's AM335x_EVM
