[U-Boot] Pull request: u-boot-dfu

Dear Marek,

Please pull following code. In the same occasion I would like to
apologize for the fuzz with sending the last PR.

This one is ready to go and (hopefully) clans up all the code floating
around various USB gadgets and DFU.
