[U-Boot] [PATCH] powerpc/p1023rdb: Enable configs to use generic board code

Add configs:
  o CONFIG_SYS_GENERIC_BOARD
  o CONFIG_DISPLAY_BOARDINFO
in P1023RDB config header file to use U-boot generic
board code.
