[U-Boot] [PULL] u-boot-atmel/master -> u-boot-arm/master

Dear Albert Aribaud,

please pull these changes into u-boot-arm/master. They are two generic board
conversions which are trivial and a fix for gigabit ethernet on sama5d3xek.
