I don't think that a good idea, as the H32MXDIV is only appear in
SAMA5D4 SoC, it is a bit in Master Clock Register (MCKR) and whether the
H32MXDIV is set according to the master clock frequency. If H32MXDIV is
set, then div2, or else div 1. Maybe a better way is:

As the SoC before SAMA5D4 which has pins can not be mux, so we put this
part of code in SoC file (<soc_name>_device.c), however on SAMA5D4 SoC,
almost can not find the pin can not be mux, so, I don't keep the
