This file was deleted by commit d58a9451e.

This patch is not cleanly applicable on the current master
but it is really easy to resolve this conflict.


I applied this patch on commit d58a9451e
resolving the conflict and tested it.

I built all the ARM boards and checked MD5SUM
with/without this patch.  I believe this patch is good.
