[U-Boot] [RFC PATCH v1 0/9] sparc: Update SPARC architecture to generic board init

The SPARC architecture has not yet been upgraded to the new generic
board init codebase. This patch series is an first attempt at that.

We currently only have access to one SPARC board (gr712rc-board) and
would appreciate some help with testing. Other comments and suggestions
are welcome. We also need some advice on what else needs to be done for
the conversion to the generic board init code.

This series currently does not remove the old init code. That will be
done in a later version of the series.
