Please replace clrbits_le32() with writel(), the same motivation as
shown for DMA driver.

Please keep alphabetical order. Feel free to move lpc32xx_i2c_init() and
lpc32xx_uart_init() to their own places.

This note can be dropped, it is not very helpful.

Note, "set" is always 1 in the driver code.

Please add a macro replacing 1000, or use CONFIG_SYS_HZ.

Please add a macro replacing 100, or use (CONFIG_SYS_HZ / 10).

Please add an explanatory pr_err() / printf() here for a user.

If you find it possible to replace this block of code with
wait_for_bit(&otg->otg_clk_sts, OTG_CLK_I2C_EN, 1), please do it, if
needed, you may add one more "delay" argument to wait_for_bit().
