should this say 'hash' rather than key? Normally SHA-256 is used to
generate a hash from known data, not a random number.

You don't need the uint32_t type.

BTW is wrapped_key_hdr a typedef? You could change it to use 'struct
wrapped_key_hdr' sometime.
