[U-Boot] Need Help in Building in altera_spi.c file

Hey Jagan,

We have #ifdef CONFIG_ALTERA_SPI in socfpga_common.h. But none of the board
configs are defining this flag.

Anyone working on altera boards having spi which uses altera_spi.c driver ?
