[U-Boot] zynq: mmc boot issue

Hi Jagan,

I have just tried mmc boot with the latest HEAD and it is working fine
for me on zc702.

I don't have afcdb02 in my git tree that's why I can't test your version.

This looks weird.

Please retest with the latest HEAD.
