I think the right way to move these defines to Kconfig under the CONFIG_SAMA5D2 to define by select indicator.
But it seems the CONFIG_SAMA5D2 is pre-Kconfig configuration, which is at CONFIG_SYS_EXTRA_OPTIONS.
It is not easy to move for now.

Another simple way is to move these defines to CONFIG_SYS_EXTRA_OPTIONS directly, but it is deprecated.

I did not find a good way to move to Kconfg so far.
