[U-Boot] is there an official MAINTAINER for u-boot POST support?

  there are a few names that show up; hilariously, *i* have the most
"authored" percentage so i'll just throw myself into the code and get
to work. at the very least, doc/README.POST needs some updating, so
i'll start on that.
