[U-Boot] [PATCH][v3] armv8/ls2080ardb: Enable VID support

This patch enable VID support for ls2080ardb platform.
It uses the common VID driver

- Call adjust_vdd() so that the voltage gets adjusted
during u-boot boot up itself

- Use CONFIG_FSL_LSCH3 instead of CONFIG_LAYERSCAPE
since the latter is defined for other platforms
