[U-Boot] file "doc/README.mpc83xxads" seems way obsolete

  that file talks about configuring with:

  $ make MPC8349ADS_config
  Configuring for MPC8349ADS board...

but that was merged into MPC8349EMDS about a decade ago:

    Merged MPC8349ADS and MPC8349EMDS ports into MPC8349EMDS port:

      - reworked memory map to allow mapping of all regions with BATs

i'll let someone else decide if they want to do anything about that.
