[U-Boot] u-boot.git or u-boot-x86.git for x86_64 u-boots?

I did a quick test using: 2to3 -w binman.py

This makes binman.py "build" on both 2.7 and 3.4 but running it on 3.4
hangs forever until Ctrl-C:

Please just change shebang to python2.7 for now. This is the only fix needed
to build the x86 qemu target.
