[U-Boot] [PATCH 3/4] efi_loader: add checking for incorrect use of EFI_ENTRY/EXIT

Missing an EFI_ENTRY() or doubling up EFI_EXIT() leads to non-obvious
crashes.  Let's add some error checking.
