[U-Boot] [PATCH 1/2] Makefile: Quiesce libfdt build

[Bin Meng]

Since commit 3809e302 "Makefile: honor PYTHON configuration properly",
the build commands of libfdt are printed while previously were not.

This adds the missing '--quiet' back.
