[U-Boot] [PATCH v1 0/8] Fix SPL build without CONFIG_SPL_SERIAL_SUPPORT

Attempting to build SPL without CONFIG_SPL_SERIAL_SUPPORT defined fails
in assorted ways. This series fixes up those failures.
