[U-Boot] [PATCH 1/8][RESEND] powerpc/dts: setup fdt blob at __init_end

[Jagdish Gediya]

'__init_end' is defined in ld file. define 'board_fdt_blob_setup'
to setup the fdt blob at '&__init_end'.
