mmc_of_parse says:

        /* f_max is obtained from the optional "max-frequency" property */
        dev_read_u32(dev, "max-frequency", &cfg->f_max);

I don't have a max-frequency (pretty much all my config comes direct
from am33xx.dtsi), so if I add a max-frequency to my tree I get a
working board, but the comment above suggests I shouldn't need to, so
do we need something like this added (or a refactor of mmc_of_parse so
it takes a default?)

I'm also seeing MMC_MODE_1BIT (which I didn't previously have set)
