[U-Boot] [PATCH 2/5] arm64: a37xx: pci: add support for aardvark pcie driver

make at marvell.com make at marvell.com
Mon Mar 26 07:57:29 UTC 2018

From: Wilson Ding <dingwei at marvell.com>

This patch introduced the Aardvark PCIe driver based
driver model.
The PCIe driver is supposed to work in Root Complex
mode. It only supports X1 lane width.
