[U-Boot] mainline u-boot on radxarock (rockchip rk3188) from SDcard

Hi Trevor,

    It looks like the mmc driver does not work correctly, and no
emmc/sdcard found.

Maybe you can enable 'DEBUG' and get more detail about what happen.
