Yeah, that's more or less what I've done... I've added it to boards that
match FASTBOOT_FLASH_MMC_DEV && CMD_GPT (since that's what the
implementation uses) - there's 37 of them. There's another 7 that have
FASTBOOT_FLASH_MMC_DEV but don't have CMD_GPT.
