[U-Boot] using contents from https://www.denx.de/wiki/U-Boot or git repo

Hi,

I am trying to use some content from https://www.denx.de/wiki/U-Boot and http://git.denx.de/?p=u-boot.git;a=summary in one publication.
I am trying to provide details about u-boot boot-loader and its feature list. 

I am not sure, if I can use content without any permission.
or
 I need to get special permission from someone (not sure whom). 

Please suggest..
