[PATCH v2 0/4] efi_loader: prepare for FIT images

A patch series has been suggested to provide secure UEFI boot via FIT
images.

This patch series exports the functions needed for the implementation.

v2:
	Resend the efi_install_fdt() rework patches.
	Export the efi_run_image() and efi_install_fdt().
