I change chip main of the pico-imx7D SOM module. Now I need put u-boot.imx(bin) using imx_uart

I have these issues above. When I tried theses commands:

.*/imx_uart* /dev/ttyUSB0 mx7_usb_work.conf u-boot.imx
&
*imx_usb u-boot.imx* (of course, conform github, imx_usb wouldn’t work
because the SOM is dead)

How can I put u-boot.imx in pico-imx7d SOM module/baseboard  with new main
chip (MCIMX7D7DVM10SC)
