[U-Boot] no DTB with nand SPL on sama5d3

Follow up question:

I notice that u-boot-spl-pad.bin is empty even though CONFIG_SPL_PAD_TO = CONFIG_SPL_MAX_SIZE = 0x18000.  Is that why it isn’t find the dtb because it isn’t padded properly?
