[U-Boot] [PATCH 0/2] Board support updates for topic-miamiplus modules

Patches rebased for re-submission, were sent earlier as part of a longer
series.

This improves performance and functionality for the topic-miamiplus
boards with Zynq 7035/7045/7100.
