[U-Boot] [PATCH] arm: zynq: Enable CONFIG_REMAKE_ELF

This patch enables CONFIG_REMAKE_ELF for Zynq platform
so that it generates u-boot.elf from binary which works
for all Zynq boards with OF_SEPARATE option enabled.
