[U-Boot] [PATCH 1/1] test: provide unit test for memory functions

Memory functions may have architecture specific implementations. These
should be tested.

Provide unit tests for memset(), memcpy(), memmove().

Provide a 'ut lib' sub-command to execute the tests.
