[U-Boot] [PATCH 00/13] board: ge: initial dm support

This series is primarily (patches 01-07) about converting ge_bx50v3 and
mx53ppd boards to use the Driver Model and Device Tree.

Four additional patches (08-13) include recent additional functionality
and fixes.
