[U-Boot] [PATCH 03/13] board: ge: bx50v3: Enable CONFIG_DM_GPIO

Enable CONFIG_DM_GPIO as a pre-requisite for enabling CONFIG_DM_SPI.

Add explicit gpio_requests.
