Please take all patches except 2 patches for MACB driver. These patches
depend on Ramon's MACB changes so will have to wait. I will follow-up
with Joe for the 2 MACB patches.

Once above is done, pick-up last two patches from following series:
"[PATCH v6 0/4] SiFive SPI MMC Support"
