[U-Boot] Trouble making the u-boot file for Zed Board

Yes, we get patches to fix build issues for using macOS as a host for
cross compiling from time to time.  Back in April I merged a build fix
for "Mojave".  Looking at Melika's log, it looks like the openssl
related libraries/headers are missing in the environment.  Having been a
long time since I used OSX, I think some "homebrew" stuff is missing?
