[U-Boot] [PATCH] ARM: Fix nand boot of imx6q and imx6qdl boards

The nand boot require a little more memory that we had previosly
allocated so it stopped booting.
This patch increase CONFIG_SPL_SYS_MALLOC_F_LEN to 0x2000.
