The DCD file is only used by BL33 defconfig and is not coupled with
any other code.
Or you are suggesting to use ATF -> OPTEE -> SPL -> u-boot flow? SPL
is unnecessary
in this case. Could you elaborate more on maintenance impact? Thanks!
