No, sorry, it ceased to boot after processing with the script. I can
debug, but I'm pretty sure it's because opcodes are defined
differently in Vivado's ps7_init_gpl.h and the one in u-boot, and the
script preprocesses the c file with the Vivado's header.

Are you sure the script does it's thing for Zynq-7000 devices? Maybe
it's better to just fix errors manually?
