Yes the implementation doesn't take into effect the hardware bug (31 days
for november month).
Elaine also pointed out the same in the past.
Again, what do you want the RTC in U-Boot used for?

The intention here is to add hardware driver support for any usage in
uboot. Cant this
patch be considered as the initial support, we will send the corrections as
per Linux ASAP.
