[RFC PATCH v2 05/13] mmc: add nexell driver

Changes in relation to FriendlyARM's U-Boot nanopi2-v2016.01:
- mmc: nexell_dw_mmc.c changed to nexell_dw_mmc_dm.c (switched to DM).
