[PATCH 00/10] imx: imx8qm/qxp update

This patchset is various update for i.MX8 from NXP downstream

Support reserve ddr memory for M4
Add get board serial
power down resources when SPL jump to u-boot
recover SPL data
check m4 partition boot
Fix get_effective_memsize
select boot device dynamically
