Okay, I will move the driver file to drivers/tee/broadcom and
header file to include/broadcom/.

We do not have any docs on how the bnxt( Broadcom NetXtreme
controller) binary is created.
We receive it as a binary and using OpTEE we load the binary to bnxt.
